I don't know what the fuck has been up with me for the past few days. I really don't.
I've been off sick with blinding headaches and just generally trying to catch up on sleep, and I appear to have been growing steadily more and more stressed, anxious, ill-tempered and irrational as the past few days have gone by. I've been feeling constantly paranoid, generally depressed and unmotivated and at the same time /very/ lonely.
I've been blowing up over things in ways I haven't done in years, and that's seriously starting to fucking worry me. Especially as there's no cause for it this time.
